Hello, My name is Ryan Bilbrey and I am the Owner of Camp Victory Personal Training. My philosophy on training with almost any client and any goal is to start by developing a stronger core, stabilizing muscles and posterior chain in order to build a solid foundation for achieving your goals. Whether your goal is increased endurance, muscle gain, improved strength, weight loss, or just shoring up injuries and muscle imbalances, I would be honored to assist you.
I have 8 years of experience as a personal trainer, which has also included group training, management and ownership. In my career I have been most proud of cultivating an amazing community atmosphere in a fitness studio, training whole families, striving to make fitness more affordable and accessible for all, and providing low and no cost programs for special populations.
At some point in my career a great deal of business began to come from referrals made by chiropractors, licensed massage therapist, physical therapist and other medical and wellness professionals. I have considered that to be a tremendous compliment that those providers have trusted me to help our clients/patients to achieve greater recovery or improvements together. The majority of my business and my success continues to be people who value their improved flexibility, mobility, overall movement and decrease in aches and pains.
In my free time I enjoy camping, hiking, kayaking, snowboarding, and most of all I value travel. I am a huge nerd, who loves film, comic books and fantasy novels. I believe strongly in striving for overall wellness, so I try to maintain a practice of reading for personal development, meditation, journaling and various selfcare techniques. I have been married to my amazing Wife, Stephanie for the past 15 year and we share our home with the sweetest old boxer/hound, Zoey.
